The Urban Tea Merchant will do all we can to ensure that your order arrives in quality condition, satisfaction guaranteed! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchases, please call1-604-985-5844 or email support@urbantea.com within 15 days of delivery.
We will make every effort to ensure that your order ships within 24 hours of ordering for all in stock items. Orders received after 5:00 pm (PST) will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays, Christmas and Easter). The delivery date will depend on the shipping method chosen.
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
